These are not required for normal operation of your BMD

Sometimes I worry about my Humans, I really do. I mean, you think they’re doing quite well, and settling in. Everything’s going OK. Most of their bizarre and erratic behaviours start to tail off. And then they just go utterly weird on you.

A couple of weeks ago mine suddenly went from their (contextual baseline) normal selves into right oddballs.

Or “You’re going to cut WHAT off?!”

Happy and Wasted

Happy but Wasted

Just lately I have had lots and lots of trips to The Vet. Which is basically A-MAZ-ING!

In fact, They were beginning to suspect me of fabricating issues just to get to go more often. Gross, offensive and false accusations, obviously, but I can see where They were coming from.

Although six is supposed to be good, so I don’t quite follow that. Should be throw you for one. Or hit you for a catch. Hrm. Anyway, I digress.

The last couple of weeks have been a whirlwind of weird.

I have been noticing the word “vet” creeping into Their conversation throughout the week, and was beginning to get mildly concerned. Last time I went it seemed OK, but the word carries undercurrents and connotations that make the ears twitch somewhat.

I know that The Cat (who is still unreasonably stand-offish, I have to say) occasionally goes there, but as he’s not talking to me I wasn’t able to get any serious info. Then this morning, just because I was a tiny bit frolicsome in the garden, He muttered something about “vet”, “one way trip”, and joining “Indy in the box in the cupboard”. Can’t say I understood much of it, but it did sound rather ominous.
